The European Centre for Medium Range Weather forecasts (ECMWF) produces a variety of products, including near-real-time 10-day and 15-day weather forecasts, seasonal forecasts, and various reanalysis products.
In particular the forecasts are not available under Copernicus. If you require access to the ECMWF forecasts and other non-Copernicus data please see here.
