IAM username and password:

5. Once logged in the following initial dashboard overview is shown. It displays gauges with your quotas, your current usage, and a usage summary of the last day.

The first time you login with your EWC IAM user to OpenStack Horizon, you might see the following error:

{"error":{"code":401,"message":"Could not map any federated user properties to
identity values. Check debug logs or the mapping used for additional details.
(Disable insecure_debug mode to suppress these details.)","title":"Unauthorized"}}

Just wait a few minutes and refresh the page. It will disappear and you will be redirected to the UI.
You will not encounter it anymore once you login to the UI. (We are currently working on removing this issue).

If it doesn't resolve after few minutes, please raise a support ticket.
