The following is a description of GloFAS  v4.4, available as fully operational GloFAS from XX September 2025.

Summary

GloFAS v4.4 introduces several minor changes to the system, including:

  • AIFS... description of forcings, linking to documentation in ECMWF. Input from Nicola Martin 
  • Descriptions of new reporting points and AIFS flood probability layers. In EFAS Reporting Points, remember to explain the overlapping WB dots (due to ordering) input from Juan Pereira Colonese 

This upgrade of GloFAS has no impacts on the GloFAS modelling results.
