Specification of the target format.

Using the Web API client (only), fields can be retrieved in NetCDF format, rather than in GRIB, by specifying 

format=netcdf

This functionality is not supported when calling the mars command on ECMWF machines.

This option is currently producing netCDF 64 bit classic file format.
