    We are still investigating the issues. Next update will happen by latest on 8 Apr 10:00 UTC

  2. We identified the issue and clients affected are getting back to normal. We will close the incident once we verify the service is stable and back to normal for all users.

    The issue affecting some of EUMETCast Terrestrial machines on the European Weather Cloud has now been resolved. The problem was traced to a malfunctioning network relay, and normal service has been fully restored. 

    No action is required on your side.

    We will continue to monitor the service closely and take measures to reduce the likelihood of similar disruptions in the future.
