Dissemination
Indicates the transmission priority of a dissemination stream.

The priority value is an integer number between 1 and 99, with 1 being the highest and 99 being the lowest transmission priority.
Across a requirement, priorities must be consistent within each stream; e.g., a stream "oper" can only have one assigned priority.
Each stream has a default value, as indicated in the table below:
