BUFR routines
- Internal work array size (JWORK) increased from 350000 to 360000 elements.
- Default BUFR table pathnames set to use EMOS_CYCLE version number and mrfs on VPPs.
Gribex routines
- Change EMOS version to 000030.
Interpolation software
- Correction to decoding of GRIB fields when output field is same as input.
- Allow interpolation of Mediterranean 2D spectra wave fields (600 spectra per point).
- Fix up default output area for wave interpolation (eg 'Mediterranean').
- Change method for calculating longitude increment for non-global input.
Binary file handling
- Changes to DEC Alpha version of PB routines (use 4-byte INTEGER arguments and dynamically allocated internal pointer table).
