Gribex routines
- Change EMOS version to 000160.
Interpolation software
- Extend list of known ECMWF wave streams for interpolation (intf / intwave).
- Avoid using complex packing for sub-areas of reduced gaussian grids (intfb).
- Fix rotation of U and V wind components (hirlamw) and introduce use of land-sea mask processing for rotated fields (hirlsm).
- Change interpolation of vegetation fields to use 'nearest neighbour'.
- Remove application of trace threshold for precipitation fields for ERA table 160 and for forecast monthly means.
- Remove configuration file for defaults for table 131.default
- Collect rules for identifying precipitation fields into one function (precip).
- Change GRIB local definition to 15 (seasonal forecast data) after ocean interpolation.
PBIO routines
