This framework has been divided into service is available in three options.:
Option 1

: A mechanism to submit "Simple time-critical jobs" linked to the ECMWF operational activity

Options 2 & 3

: To run more complex time-critical work at ECMWF. These options are described in more detail in Options 2 and 3.
Users can also use the infrastructure used for the option 1 above (events, notifications, subscriptions) to manage their own activities. This can be done with the "ecevent" command in (140kB) "Framework for Time-Critical applications".
