We do not currently have any available licenses for OpenIFS. As OpenIFS is under development we are restricting access to ensure good support for early users and allow the OpenIFS team time to develop the model & infrastructure. To register your interest, contact openifs-support@ecmwf.int or join our mailing list to receive updates. |

As the OpenIFS project and model is still relatively new and under development, we ask interested users to send a short description of their intended use of the model. Our aim is to work closely with new users to provide good support & training in return for feedback which we can use for reporting purposes. This may, from time to time, mean that we temporarily suspend new licenses in order not to overload our support capabilities. |

If your use of the model requires access to ECMWF data, other than that provided as part of OpenIFS or publicly available (e.g. ERA), contact openifs-support@ecmwf.int to discuss your data requirements. Access to data is normally provided through existing channels via national Met Services.
