at this step, you will be asked to login with your ECMWF account. In case you don't have an ECMWF account already, you have to register a new user at: https://www.ecmwf.int. The registration process can be completed in few minutes only. - At this step you can create a ticket with selected service "Other" as shown in the image below:

- At this stage of the project, please do not select "Impact 1" for your ticket.

Any impact category other than "Impact 1" is acceptable
- In the description field, please specify that the question / issue / service request is related to Destination Earth (DestinE) project and if possible, please specify related DestinE services e.g., Aviso, Polytope, ecFlow VMs in Data Bridge.
- If your request is related to ecFlow server VM for DestinE project on EuroHPC, please provide name of the data centre / HPC e.g. LUMI. If you are requesting access to existing ecFlow VM or a new ecFlow VM to be created, please add the project name and provide name of your project coordinator to be added to the ticket as "requested participant".
- For requesting GitHub access, please fill in the form DTE Github Enterprise License Request Template.xlsx and attach it to the ticket.
