To achieve the Objectives 2025 the new soil descretisation (control experiment iv3r) and the new climate fields version (climate.v023) will be used.
Lake experts recommended the minimum lake depth to be safely be lowered from the current 2m to 0.5m (with tests done down to 0.1m).
Flake can therefore be adapted to represent the thermodynamics exchanges for inundated and irrigated areas.
