I'd like to share a v0.1 of something I called OpenIFS Coupling Preparation Tool (ocp-tool).

I combined some of Joakims script to generate OASIS3MCT input files for a given OpenIFS grid with my script to modify OpenIFS input files (land sea mask and soil type) as well as my script to modify the EC-Earth runoff-mapper map into a small python program. I think it is most useful for removing marginal sea basins from the land sea mask of all files sets at once and generates a set of input files that fit together:


OASIS3MCT areas.nc, masks.nc and grids.nc files

ICMGG????INIT files

runoff-maps.nc

    I updated the tool to work with TCO grids. So far only Tco159 and Tco319 are supported.
