- Check the system status - there might be a problem at ECMWF end.
- See - ECPDS - the system used for transmitting real-time forecast data to users - it is only available to Member & Co-operating States/Full NMHS/max-charge customers.
- Other customers ......... raise a ticket?? but what can they do to try and sort it out themselves before that?
