Do you wish to apply for small business discount? *	Yes No You can apply for this discount if you fall under the definition of a 'micro' businesses (according to the classification of businesses of the European Commission), i.e. companies with less than 10 staff headcount, and an annual turnover or balance sheet of no more than 2 million euros. The discount is at the licensor discretion.
Self-declaration form	Please attach a signed self-certification form in which you declare your annual turnover. The self-certification form should include at least the following elements: 1) A paragraph explaining the purpose of the form (purchase of ECMWF products and assess eligibility to the small business discount as defined on ECMWF's website). 2) The registered name and address of your company, as well as the name and title of the signatory. 3) Your declared annual turnover in Euro. 4) Your declared number of staff. 5) A declaration of honour, and the consequences in case of false declaration, for instance: “By sending this application, I declare on my word of honour that the information provided above is true and complete […] I understand that any false statement or omission, even if unintentional, may lead to the termination of my agreement.
