As part of essential infrastructure maintenance, all hypervisors underpinning the CCI/EWC platform will require a reboot. This session will take place on Monday 20 July 2026 from 8:00 to 11:00 UTC.

During this maintenance window:

  • All user virtual machines will be rebooted and will be unreachable for the duration of the maintenance.
  • The Nova API will be unavailable.
  • Users should expect any running workloads, sessions, or processes on their VMs to be interrupted.

We recommend users save any in-progress work and anticipate a temporary loss of access to their instances during this period.
