As a tenant admin, follow these steps to create a new user in the Keycloak IAM system:

1. Navigate to go to https://iam.eumetsat.europeanweather.cloud/admin/{tenancy-name}/console/ and login with your admin credentials.
   Note: replace {tenancy-name} by the name of your tenancy.
   
   
2. In the left-hand menu, click on Users

   then click on Add User

3. Fill in the necessary fields: Username, Email, First Name, and Last Name. 
   Set the option: Set  Email Verified to Yes.
   TODO: explain email verified and actions (This indicates that the user's email address is valid and allows certain actions to be performed without requiring further email verification.)

4. Once done, click Save. You will be redirected to the user's settings page where you can set a password for the user and configure additional settings.

5. To set the User's password for the user, go to the Credentials tab Credentials, and click on Credential Reset

   In the resetAction dropdown, choose select Update Password and . Then click on Send Email.

6. The user will then receive an email with a link to log into his their account.

   The link will redirect the user to a page to where they can set his their password.
