Forgot Password

Self-service passwords resets for users are not enabled by default. It is the responsibility of the Tenant administrators to reset the passwords of their users. The IAM system allows the Tenant admin to configure a temporary password the user will have to change after the first login attempt as well as to send an email with a password reset link.

In case the Tenant administrator has forgotten their password, the EWC Helpdesk is able to support them and reset their password.
