- Navigate to https://iam.eumetsat.europeanweather.cloud/admin/{tenancy-name}/console/ and login with your admin credentials.
Note: replace {tenancy-name} by the name of your tenancy. - In the left-hand menu, click on Users
then click on Add User
- Fill in the necessary fields: Username, Email, First Name, and Last Name.
Set Email Verified to Yes/No. (This indicates that if the user's email address is valid and allows certain actions to be performed without requiring or not, if you set to no further email verification will be needed when the user tries to log in.)
- Once done, click Save. You will be redirected to the user's settings page where you can set a password for the user and configure additional settings.
- To set the User's password, go to the Credentials tab, and click on Credential Reset
- In the resetAction dropdown, select Update Password. Then click on Send Email.
- The user will receive an email with a link to log into their account.
The link will redirect the user to a page where they can set their password.
