The EWC Community Hub grows through the contributions of our members.
If you’ve built an Item—whether it’s an Ansible Playbook, Terraform Module, Helm Chart, or a combination—you can share it with the community so others can benefit.
The contribution process is simple and transparent:
Propose your item by submitting its metadata
Get it reviewed by EWC administrators
Have it listed in the Hub dashboard
Promote and monitor it with the community

1 | Proposal |
Open a Option A — Pull Request with the mandatory described metadata relative to the item (metadata are described here: https://github.com/ewcloud/ewc-community-hub?tab=readme-ov-file#item-structure. (If you are not familiar with PR, you can also open a ticket to EWC support and we will help you)(Preferred) Option B — Support Ticket If you are unfamiliar with PRs, open a ticket with EWC Support. Provide all mandatory metadata in the ticket, and our team will help you prepare the PR.

2 | Evaluation by EWC administrator | the proposal and make sure all metadata are included.your proposal. They check:

3 | EWC Community Hub ListingWhen | the review is successful the proposal and integrate it in the EWC Community Hub items. → In this way it will appear in the dashboard. (In other words when the Pull Request will be merged)your Pull Request (you created (option A) or created for you (Option B). Your item will automatically be added to the Community Hub dashboard. At this point, your item becomes visible to the entire EWC community.

4 | Community Engagement | Announcement: EWC will promote the new item on: Engagement: Highlight Announce to the community the availability of the new item (blog and rocketchat) and engage with the community to promote it. (Showcase the features and benefits of the new item for the EWC community )Monitor the adoption of the new offered item and decide if the item needs to be removed after one year. your item to encourage adoption. Monitoring: The item will be monitored for usage and relevance. After 1 year, if the item is not in use or maintained, EWC may remove it from the Hub.
