OpenIFS support

There is a small team at ECMWF to provide direct support for the model. Any problems or questions with the model can be sent to:

openifs-support@ecmwf.int

We aim to reply within a working week, though during vacation periods this will be longer.

ECMWF software support

The ECMWF software support portal allows users to access information on all ECMWF software packages (e.g. ecCodes, Metview) in a single website.
