- Proposal: proposal of new item by the contributor (EWC users with account). EWC users contributors will be able to use templates to propose a new item
- Base: Contributors open a ticket with all information required for a new item.
- Testing: E&E support users in the definition of tests to verify the functionality, reliability, and usability of a new type of item. (OPTIONAL)
- Automatic deployment integration: E&E support users on the integration with automated deployment tools so that other users in the community can benefit and automatically deploy items in their EWC tenancies. (OPTIONAL)
- Initial evaluation by EWC administrator
- Review: E&E reviews the proposal and make sure all metadata are included.
- Marketplace Listing: After reviewing successfully, E&E will merge the proposal and integrate it in the marketplace items
- Community Engagement:
- Announce to user the integration of the new item in the EWC software marketplace. (blog and rocketchat)
- Engage with the EWC community to promote the new items and foster collaboration and partnerships. Plan for any special events, trainings, EWC demo sessions, recordings, to showcase the features and benefits of the new item for the EWC community.
- Monitor the adoption of the new offered item, using analytics and user feedback and decide for improvement and optimization, iterating over time to decide if the item needs to be removed.
