The EWC Community Hub Dashboard is the central place to discover, explore, and access all contributed items in the EWC ecosystem.
It’s designed to help you quickly find the tool for your need — whether it’s an Ansible Playbook, Terraform Module, Helm Chart, or a hybrid solution.


1. Page Layout Overview

The dashboard is divided into the following main sections:

  1. Search bar – for keyword searches

  2. Filters panel – to refine results

  3. View toggle – switch between Grid View and List View

  4. Items area – displays all items as cards (grid) or rows (list)

  5. Pagination / Load more – to browse through all items


2. Search Bar

  • Located at the top of the page

  • Supports keyword searches across:

    • Item titles

    • Descriptions

    • Metadata (tags, contributor, etc.)

  • Updates results instantly as you type


3. Filters Panel

  • Allows filtering by:

    • Technology (Ansible, Terraform, Helm, Hybrid, etc.)

    • Category (Data Processing, ML, Networking, etc.)

    • License

    • Maintainer
  • Multiple filters can be combined

  • "Clear filters" button resets the search


4. View Toggle: Grid & List

  • Grid View:

    • Cards display key info at a glance

    • Good for browsing visually

  • List View:

    • Rows with condensed info

    • Better for quick scanning and sorting


5. Items Display

In Grid View (each card contains):

  • Title

  • Short description

  • Tags

  • Contributor name

  • Quick links (Source, Docs, Deploy)

In List View (each row contains):

  • Title

  • Type

  • Contributor

  • Last updated date

  • Quick links


6. Item Details Page

  • Full description of the item

  • Extended metadata (version, dependencies, last updated)

  • Usage instructions

  • Related links

  • Optional screenshots, diagrams, or demos


7. User Flow Summary

  1. Search or filter to narrow down results

  2. Switch views (grid or list) to suit your preference

  3. Click an item to see details

  4. Access source or docs directly from the dashboard or item page
