OpenIFS related events

ECMWF Training course: A hands-on introduction to Numerical Weather Prediction Models: Understanding and Experimenting 24 May - 27 May 2021

Please note this training course will be held entirely online and will feature lectures on the science behind IFS and include practical exercises with the OpenIFS model.


Due to the COVID-19 situation, we are not planning an OpenIFS User Workshop in 2020/2021.  We hope to have the next workshop in 2022, hosted by the Barcelona Supercomputing Centre, Spain.
