As a tenant admin, you can disable users from the Keycloak IAM system when necessary. Follow these steps to disable a user:


  1. Navigate to https://iam.eumetsat.europeanweather.cloud/admin/{tenancy-name}/console/ and login with your admin credentials.
    Note: replace {tenancy-name} by the name of your tenancy.

  2. In the left-hand menu, click on Users



  3. Click on the username of the user you wish to delete. You will be redirected to the user's details. 
    At the top right of the user profile page, you'll find an option to enable or disable the user. Simply click on it to disable the user.



  4. After clicking to disable the user, a confirmation message will appear indicating that the changes have been successfully saved. This confirms that the user has been disabled.



  5. if you return to the list of users, you'll notice that the user is marked as disabled.




    To re-enable the user, simply follow the same steps.
