Important Note: Deleting a user is an irreversible action. Ensure that you are certain before proceeding with the deletion.


As a tenant admin, you can delete users from the Keycloak IAM system when necessary. Follow these steps to delete a user:


  1. Navigate to https://iam.eumetsat.europeanweather.cloud/admin/{tenancy-name}/console/ and login with your admin credentials.
    Note: replace {tenancy-name} by the name of your tenancy.

  2. In the left-hand menu, click on Users



  3. Click on the username of the user you wish to delete. You will be redirected to the user's details.

    Then, click on Actions on the right side and choose Delete.



  4. A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm that you want to delete the user.
