The first step to accessing the Horizon portal is to select the type of Authentication. Select ECIS (TODO: Is it always this case? Why the Keycloak credentials option)

If prompted to specify the tenancy name, add it in the next window

Lastly log in user your IAM username and password.

It displays gauges with your quotas, your current usage, and a usage summary of the last day.
