Aim of this form
In this form, you can indicate if you wish to terminate your current real-time licence from1 July 2024 with or without renewal.
If you wish to renew your licence after termination, please indicate if you wish to add/remove data, become a maximum charge user or if you wish to change volume band or service package. This form will help us to deal with the large volume of requests in a systematic and automated way.
