Background
There are a number of changes from 01 July 2024:
- EPU and Maximum Charge Price Changes
- Introducing Service Charge Model - Version 2: Volume Bands restructure/re-costing and Service Package updates (amended features/new features)
- Open data changes from March 2024 and AIFS data released in the Product Requirements Catalogue (PRC)

Aim of this form
This form will help us to deal with the large volume of requests in a systematic and automated way.
In this form, you can indicate if you wish to terminate your current real-time licence from 01 July 2024 with or without a further new licence.
If you wish to have a new licence after termination, please indicate if you wish to:
- Add/remove data
- Become a Maximum Charge user
- Change Volume Band
- Change Service Package
For all new licences post 01 July 2024 please provide an up to date order number from the Product Requirements Catalogue (PRC).
