EUMETCast team carried out an upgrade to AMT service to enable anycast addressing. This workflow will update the startup script for EUMETCast Terrestrial station on EWC in order to use the new anycast address 62.40.96.44.
For new users setting up a station, the EUMETCast Terrestrial over AMT VM available on Morpheus has been updated already. So in that case you don't need to follow the step below.
If you have already a machine running on EWC, you can update the startup script by following these steps:
- Login into Morpheus to your tenancy and go to Provisioning → Instances and look for your eumetcast VM
2. Select your machine and go to Actions → and click Run Workflows
3. Select the workflow “Update EUMETCast Terrestrial amtgwd startup script” available on Morpheus and once the workflow finished successfully everything is done.
