Problems with the EUMETSAT side of the EWC

We are still experiencing network issues at EUMETSAT side of the EWC. To our knowledge, the effects are still on causing issues in Rocket.chat and EUMETCast Terrestrial clients. If you experience something else, please let us know!

We are still having issues with EUMETCast Terrestrial receptions in EWC but other workloads should work fine. We are working hard to return the EUMETCast and to address root cause to prevent that happening again. Thanks for your patience and sorry for inconvenience!

While most EUMETCast Terrestrial clients in the EWC are working fine, we still have issues with some clients​. Should you experience any problems with your reception, please contact us via any of the usual channels:  support@europeanweather.cloud, ops@eumetsat.int, or https://chat.europeanweather.cloud. We are working hard to return the nominal operations.  We will provide biweekly updates until the situation is fully stabilised. Thanks for your patience, and sorry for the inconvenience!

EUMETCast Terrestrial EWC clients are stabilized, as seen from user availability and monitoring. We will keep following the situation closely and give more updates after the EWC EUMETSAT infrastructure maintenance coming up between 18 February 2025 at 21:00 UTC and 19 February 2025 at 04:00 UTC that will stabilize the system. We are pleased to inform you that the EUMETCast Terrestrial service in the EWC has returned officially to nominal operation.
