We are experiencing issues at the EUMETSAT side of the EWC. We are investigating the problem and will update as soon as we know more.

  1. The widespread outage lasted from around 2 Dec 17:00 to 22:00. We are currently partially covered while some tenancies are still experiencing issues. We are working together with our infrastructure provider to resolve the problem.   2. The infrastructure is fully recovered. 

    The unavailability was caused by the network failure and may have impacted following ways:

    • Lack of internet access for virtual machines,
    • VMs losing disks
    • No access to object storage buckets or shared file system

    After the incident was resolved, virtual machines may have still encountered a problem with the file system or accessing the Internet.

    If you still experience any problems, we ask you to restart the VM. Should that not help, please be in touch with EWC Support via support or Rocket.
